It seems that the Norwegian Dead Snow wasn't the only horror movie creating a buzz at Sundance Film Festival.
Do dead babies float your boat?
Frankly, anything with kids and dead kids especially, creeps the shizz out of me. Well director Paul Solet is bringing us Grace...a movie about a baby that dies in its mothers womb, but the loving mummy decides to carry the baby for the full term...and then gives birth to the baby alive.
It's already causing a stir...with audience members fainting at some of the viewings. And it's scored an interesting 9.1 at IMDB. The little I know about Grace has got me keen on seeing it.
Io9 was spotting some new Concept art for the World War Z movie that's coming our way from Quantum of Solace director Marc Forster
Looks pretty damn good...
Gracing our small screens this coming month is the new British sitcom 'Being Human'
A show about a Vampire and a Werewolf that move in together, only to find that their new apartment is haunted by the ghost of dead girl.
Big thanks to TF for the heads up on this one.
The show looks to be pretty interesting... I hope it doesn't take it self to seriously, just the idea of it makes me laugh, but it's billed as horror/ drama. BMost of the early previews I've read on it say it is in fact very funny. Plus it's a British production... the last British TV production I saw was Dead Set...and I loved that to bits.
Can't wait to get me hands on this one.
Now I have something aside from Big Bang Theory to download.
In other news...some people who couldn't find entertainment too readily, decided to make their own. It seems some hackers got into the electronic roads signs of an area of Austin Texas and turned them into Zombie Warning signs.
The Signs that normally warn of road hazards instead read:
"Zombies ahead . . . the end is near . . . run for cold climates!"
Some even warned of Nazi Zombies. It seems the vandals broke off a lock on the sign in central Austin early Monday and then hacked into the computer to change the words, they then changed the passwords so that officials wouldn't be able to fix the signs immediately.
Read the Dallas News article here...there's even a video clip :D
What ever happened to just sawing the signs off and taking them home?
